What you can contact us about

• A mistake in a council's details, or a council that's missing.
• A score you think is wrong, for example because some ratings don't look genuine. We'll look into it and tell you what we found.
• Your personal information: a copy of it, a correction, or deleting your account (see the privacy notice).
• An accessibility problem.

For councils

If you work for a council and think something on its page is factually wrong, tell us what and why. We'll check it and reply. We never remove genuine ratings because a council disagrees with them.

What we can't help with

• Complaints about a council or a worker. Complaints and help lists the official routes.
• Reports about a child's safety. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. Otherwise, contact the council's children's social care team or the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000.
